First: ecology
The first stage of wine production begins in the vineyard. That is why we focused on an ecological cultivation system to ensure the best conditions for the development of vines. From the beginning, we do not use chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. All this so as not to disturb the natural harmony which contributes to the creation of unique aromas and flavors. In addition, we use organic yeast that is also certified by Vegan to make wine. Our wines are extremely aromatic. They are characterized by lightness, freshness and a long finish.
